Soap Porn: Patti Flynn Soapmaker

Greens & Blues by Patti Flynn
I’ve licked plenty of soap since I started making them and I can tell you - it doesn’t taste good. But knowing that it will taste just dreadful doesn’t stop me from wanting to take a bite out of Patti’s soaps! They look like desert! Luscious, decadent and whimsical…who wouldn’t want to shower with these?
Patti Flynn is a big time soaper hailing from Australia. At times she stores enough oils to make 40,000 soaps. No that wasn’t a typo. She manufactures 1000 soaps per day. That’s a lot of oil! Just think of the fragrances, additives and colorants that she must store with it! All of these supplies means she has a huge shipping bill and you would think it leaves a hefty set of carbon prints in her wake. However, Patti Flynn Soapmaker has recently become an accredited carbon neutral soap company by neutralizing the carbon emissions produced by her business and actively supporting renewable energy industries. This should be a lesson and an inspiration to all of us because as Patti says on her Web site, “Wild hedonistic sybaritic bathing luxury need not cost the earth!” I love it! Way to go Patti Flynn!
