1. use any size card templates you like in word to fit your needs, we recommend 3″ x 5″ and up
2. provide your company contact info, ways to win and any disclaimer
3. create a circle, 1″ or 1.25″ depending on the size you purchased
4. print on card stock paper
5. peel and place scratch off sticker over the circle to hide the prize

These really are a great idea folks and allows you to discount or give away anything you want to. Add them to your orders to encourage return business!
