Charging on the Go - Solar Powered Bags
You have to check out these bags from Noon Solar. On the outside of your bag, there is a paper thin, flexible solar panel. This solar panel charges a battery pack located inside the bag to supply power for your cell phone or iPod, day or night. Simply place the solar panel in the bag towards the sun to collect usable energy. Very creative and very Earth friendly.

Wow, I so could use one of those bags! My cellphone tends to run out of battery when I most need it (Murphy’s Law).
Only one petpeeve about the design, I want zippered outside closures. I live in lands of pickpocketing, don’t want to make it easier for them! (Off to send this same comment to the designers).

That’s a great idea! The zippers come in handy for me if for no other reason than to keep everything I shove into the pockets from coming back out!
This product appeals to me in so many ways. I will no longer have to drag a charger around IN the purse. Just plug-in within the purse and set the purse in a window if I’m not outside. It really does give me a sense of freedom to not need an electrical outlet.
