White Lye Handmade Soap Co.

Serengeti Cocoa Butter Soap
I’ll just bet that Char Simon has a great time making this festive soap at the White Lye Handmade Soap Co. The color combo of the brown base (achieved by using cocoa powder) and the green and pink confetti swirls is very hip and trendy right now. Cocoa butter in the recipe makes for happy skin too. This soap is scented with Serengeti Sunset fragrance oil which is a favorite of mine. I didn’t ask Char where she gets her Serengeti fragrance oil, but I purchased mine at Rustic Essentials in case your interested in trying it. Rustic Essentials says “It’s a surprisingly light and warm fragrance made from a perfect blend of exotic florals, sweet Papaya, juicy Pomegranate, Vanilla, spices, and touched with a hint of seductive musk. You won’t be able to keep your nose out of the bottle!” And they’re right - I can never stop sniffing it.
Char has a gorgeous website where she sells soaps, bath soaks, lip balms and these awesome Chocolate Chip Cookie Bath Melts! Don’t they look real enough to eat?
